Stress can be hazardous to your health
It's no secret that stress can seriously affect your health even shorten your life. We all have stress in our lives, the important thing is how we deal with the stress. Low carb diets do they work??
It seems like the low carb diet fab has fadded a bit. It seems like about a year or two ago everyone was doing it and it seems like it was working great for a lot of people. I cut my carbs way back about a year and a half ago and it worked good for me. I lost about 25-30 pounds and I feel better than I have since I was 20. Keep your skin looking young
As we grow old, our skin can either hide our age or amplify it. When we are young we don't think about this. Some of us pay to cook ourselves under UV lights and hang out in the sun with either no sunblock or lotion that encourages our skin to cook. Want to look and feel young again
How many of you would like to find the fountain of youth? I haven't found it yet, but I have started some life style things that have made me start to look and feel a lot better. I have lost over 30 lbs over the last 7 months. Here are some of the things I have done: Cut back on my carb intake and watch what I eat. Started a regular exercise program 3 times a week (haven't done so well the last month or so), and started taking a hgh supplement called Sytropin.
